well Here i am again with a new blog on the usage of microsoft word. Well to start i would say its great if you could master the usage of keyboard rather than remaining dependent on the mouse for doing your work. The advantages can be various and many. To quote a few

Ctrl +a To select the text entered by you completely
ctrl +b To highlight text by emphasizing it bold
Ctrl +c To copy the content from somewhere
Ctrl +d To open the fonts dialog box
ctrl +e To center align the text
ctrl +f To find a word in the document
ctrl +g To go to a particular line no
ctrl +h To find and replace the text in the document
ctrl +i To italicize the selected text
ctrl + j To justify the paragraph
ctrl +k To hyperlink the text highlighted
ctrl +l NO function assigned
ctrl +m To shift the block of text basically hanging it
ctrl +n To have a new document
